My name is Seth Wilkinson, I studied liberal arts at Indiana University. I am currently a Team Lead at Target. Through study and work I have become a creative team builder who manages execution through effective communication and leadership. I find fulfillment in creating outstanding teams that drive results.
Sales Floor Metric
Starting in April 2016, I took over the leadership of a store metric we were struggling with. Through communication and accountability I was able to turn the metric from negative to positive.

Team Building
Recently, I deployed a new team member recognition program. Each night the closing leader chooses a team member who had the best performance that day, At the end of the month we review to see who had the most mentions and that person becomes the team member of the month and proudly gets to wear the Championship Belt all month. I believe the most important aspect of team building is appreciating and recognizing your team. This is one of the ways I show my team how important they are to me.

Music
Music has always been my bigget hobby. I first got invoved with music at the age of 12. Through the years I participated in every possible musical oppertunity. I was active in all of the music programs at my highschool, including drumline captain my Jr.&Sr. years. I have been involved with numerous music projects over the years, some as a player, some as a manager, and some advisor. I have recorded myself along with many other musicians. Music has allowed me to hone in on certain skills like leadership, collaboration, and hass supplied an endless outlet for my creativity.
